Yep, I had to call my chiro this morning. I was so stiff when I woke up, I couldn't even turn my head. Luckily she had an opening! She said that my allignment wasn't bad at all but explained that not being able to use my dominant hand for a week after surgery can easily throw my muscles out of whack. So I've got to call the massage therapist tomorrow to see if I can get an appointment asap. It'd be nice if military insurance would cover some of this! Thankfully I have some left-over pain killers from my surgeries that can hold me over till I can get in!
